I'm been giving some thought into the matter and I'm thinking of scraping the current pic I have Dantalion. I figrued- no one is going to see him in his 'formal' wear and I'd rather show off what he really looks like.
Also, it's time for me to give back to you guys. Hit me with your question about your art/OC's and I'll do my best to help you out.

Below is a list of criteria of what is to be expected from you as a memeber of the Creative Team here on my WIP account.

Job Duties

Critique. Please guys, I don't want to see "Oh that's pretty" or "Nice work." It's not going to help me and it's not going to affect your chances of winning Best Input of the Month award, otherwise known as BIM. More about BIMs later. If you see something is off with a sketch, let me know. If you feel there's nothing wrong with it you move onto ...

Suggestions. I will communicate with you guys in my description box about suggestions. Stuff like should my character have green hair and yellow eyes etc. There will often be design comparisons next to one another for you to help make informed suggestions. This also applies to my ideas which come in the form of writings. Things in the written section will contain stuff like story ideas/plots etc.

Input. Input is your suggestions outside what you've seen already. Say you have an idea where you think I can add or should subtract something either from a design or plot. Or perhaps even a new plot line all together. Character suggestions are also welcome.

Bring stuff to the table. Show and tell! If you've found something useful like a tutorial or even want to share photographs or stock photography, please, do so! It is much appreciated and encouraged.

Your Rewards

BIMs. A BIM stands for Best Input of the Month Award. The person who gives the most thoughtful critique and sought after suggestion/opinion will recieve a BIM award which entitles them to request a picture from yours truly.

Tips, advice, critique and development of your art/stories/characters. This is my gift to all of you. Because you are going out of your way to help me, so I will do the same for you. You will recieve on a regular basis: tutorials, advice and articles on various subjects pertaining to what I've mentioned above. Of course, you're always welcome to ask me for critique/suggestion/input/advice at any given point in time.  

Things to take note of.

If you can't find anything to critique or suggest, please, don't fret. I'm not going to bite your head off. I understand that some of you have jobs/college/school as well, so please, don't worry, I'm understanding in that department.

Because I don't have a subscription here, I can't do polls, therefore they will take place here in the journal.
